From 2006 to 2007, he did his clinical internship in " Surgery” at the Department of Military Field Surgery in the Nizhny Novgorod Military Medical Institute of The Federal Security Service.
In 2007, he headed the medical service of the 83rd Signal Regiment of the Internal Troops in The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation where he worked for two years.
In 2008, for the first time, he went into laser tattoo removal and tattooing.
From 2009, he worked as a surgeon at the medical center "Vega", and then from 2012, as the chief
physician of a medical center.
In the period from 2011 to 2014, he went through a postgraduate course at the Department of Operative
Surgery and Topographic Anatomy in Rostov State Medical University.
On December 12, 2014 by the decision of The Dissertation Council of Rostov State Medical University Vitaly Aleksandrovich Mikryukov was awarded a doctorate degree (Ph.D) in "Surgery”.
In 2016, he founded the international training center for laser technologies in cosmetology and aesthetic medicine “DOCTORMIKRUKOV".
In 2016, he opened his own medical center LLC " Dr. Mikryukov’s Cosmetology Center” Rostov-on-Don.
In 2019, he passed the five-module program "Coach-professional" of the International
Institute of Coach Management.
Since 2020, his priority has been set on online teaching activities on tattooing and laser tattoo removal.
